Terms and Conditions – Coastal Luxe Plumbing
Effective Date: 26 June 2025
By engaging the services of Coastal Luxe Plumbing, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and professionalism for both parties.
1. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.

Pricing is subject to change if additional work is required outside the original scope.

Any variations will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding.
2. Payment Terms

Full payment is required upon completion of work, unless prior arrangements have been made.

Payment can be made by cash, bank transfer, or card.

Overdue accounts may incur interest and recovery fees.
3. Ownership of Materials
All goods, fixtures, parts, and materials supplied and installed by Coastal Luxe Plumbing remain the property of Coastal Luxe Plumbing until full payment has been received.
If full payment is not made within the agreed timeframe, we reserve the right — with reasonable notice — to return to the property and remove any materials, fixtures, or installations supplied and fitted by us. This includes, but is not limited to, taps, toilets, pipework, hot water systems, and fittings.
Coastal Luxe Plumbing will not be liable for any damage caused by the lawful removal of such items due to non-payment.
4. Access and Site Conditions

The customer must provide clear access to the work area.

Any delays or additional labour caused by restricted access or unsafe conditions may result in additional charges.
5. Warranties and Workmanship

All work is carried out by licensed professionals and guaranteed under relevant Queensland and Australian plumbing standards.

Manufacturer warranties apply to parts and fixtures supplied by us.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a call-out fee.

If access is not available at the scheduled time, additional charges may apply.
7. Liability

Coastal Luxe Plumbing is not liable for pre-existing issues, damage caused by other trades, or unauthorised alterations.

We will take all reasonable care, but are not responsible for incidental damage where work requires drilling, cutting, or removal of existing materials.
8. Privacy
All personal information collected is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will never be shared or sold to third parties.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of Queensland courts.
